Kim becomes the second Kardashian set to be married to an NBA player.
NBA New Jersey Nets' forward (and ex-Raptor) Kris Humphries, Kim's boyfriend of six months, spelled-out in rose petals "WILL YOU MARRY ME?" in her bedroom.
"I didn't expect this at all," Kardashian said in an interview with PEOPLE. "I was in such a shock. I never thought it would happen at home, and I never thought now."
Kris Humphries, 26, enlisted the help of Kim Kardashian's mon, Kris Jenner, with finding an engagment ring - expressing he didn't know exactly what he wanted. "I just knew I wanted it to be big," Humphries says.
Humphries ended up proposing with a custom-designed 20.5-carat Lorraine Schwartz engagement ring.
