The Westend Studio’s founder and photographer Johnathan Ball has worked as a professional artist since 2006 when he graduated from York University. His painted works sell between four and eight thousand dollars and continues to generate interest among national and international collectors.
He has also worked as a freelance photographer since 2006, photographing celebrities such as Bernie Taupin, Elvis Costello, Billie Dee Williams, Nikki Sixx, and Matt Good.
