1 – 225 gram (8 ounce) brie cheese wheel
250 ml (1 cup) pecans
250 ml (1 cup) fig jam
Place brie cheese wheel on oven safe plate and top with pecans; set aside. Add fig jam to a small sauce pan; place on medium heat. Heat until jam liquefies. Drizzle heated jam over cheese wheel and serve with crackers or apple slices.
