Pick a Clean Up Crew

Pick a clean up crew. Arrange to have a couple of friends or family members available to help clean up if needed. Pre-designate a person or persons to bring home anything that needs to leave the hall that night. For example, some caterers give the couple the left over food from the sweet table. Have a plan of action as to where you want the food to go and who will be taking it there.
