Win-A-Ring Contest Rules

Eligibility: Contest is open only to legal residents of Ontario, 16 years of age or older and must be a valid member of TheRingBearer.ca.  Membership constitutes an account on TheRingBearer.ca website. Anyone who does not meet these requirements will be automatically disqualified from the contest.

How to enter: No purchase necessary. During the contest period, a Valid Member will be asked to fill-out an entry form (the “ballot”) which includes their name, phone number, email address and a Username.  All requirements must be filled out correctly, or the contestant may be disqualified. The Ballot will be randomly placed into a concealed locked box.

Draw: Once the contest period has expired, a representative from the specific wedding show will randomly draw five (5) ballots, each will be numbered in succession as they are pulled. The first contestant’s name will be announced on TheRingBearer.ca. The contestant will have an allocated time to claim the Prize by calling TheRingBearer.ca at # 1-866-951-3583 (toll free). If the prize is not claimed within the allotted time, the second ballot will be published and that contestant will have an allocated time to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed the third ballot will be announced, and so forth.

If contestant 1,2,3,4 and 5 has not claimed the prize, a new winner will be randomly selected and announced weekly.

Prize Claim: The person(s) whose name(s) is drawn as being the winner(s) of the specific prize will be required to provide government picture I.D., answer a skill-testing question and sign an acknowledgement form hereby agreeing to TheRingBearer.ca Ring Giveaway Contest rules, before the prize is awarded to them. Claiming of prize(s) is the responsibility of the contestant, who must call TheRingearer.ca at # 1-866-951-3583 (toll free). TheRingBearer.ca will not contact the winning contestant once their name has been announced. Approximate values of prizes vary. Participation in the contest constitutes permission to TheRingBearer.ca to use the name, photograph and/or likeness of the winner (and his/her guest) for purposes of promotion.

Odds of Winning: The likelihood of winning is reliant upon the total number of eligible entries received.
