The couple are said to be expecting their first child, though a delivery date hasn’t been confirmed.Celebrating with close family and friends at Barrymore’s home, the bride wore a custom Chanel gown designed by Karl Lagerfeld himself, which included a round, ruffled collar, fitted sleeves to the elbow and a flowing bottom with flower details.
