If You Played In My Playground is a brand new biography written by Elizabeth Correira. It is her true life story about growing up on Bleeker Street in Toronto's Regent Park neighbourhood. Elizabeth is a true survivor who documents all the gritty details in her debut book. She faced many hardships and through it all she has persevered and become the strong, confident, beautiful woman she is today.

Trade Sensations knows Elizabeth, (who we like to call Liz,) very well as she is a member of our Wedding Planning team. We had the pleasure of co-hosting her book launch at the end of May. It took place at The Vue in Etobicoke and featured amazing live performances by Gospel Singers, Interpretive Dancers and much more. It also featured heart wrenching speeches of inspiration by Liz that brought the whole audience to tears...Many times!
